Menu is automatically taking changes as per the device size. Also for your shop cart icon you can make it right if that option is available otherwise you have to put your own CSS to make as you want.
Yes I have seen and I can find the issue as well. As those both pages are active menu, because your other menu is inside main page which means both are same menu and getting active class and having styling of active class.
