Yes, you also have to install the all necassary plugin (bundled with theme) then import the demo data – otherwise it wont work.

Do you want to me reset whole WordPress (it may be removed all your changes and contents) then re-install theme proper way.

Please double check the followings:
1. Have Installed the theme properly and all necessary plugin (which is bundled with theme) installed.
2. After making changes via wp-admin > appearances > customize are you publishing the changes?
3. Please share your website URL, wp-admin, and FTP info (Username and password) and send me using “Set as private reply”.
