Yes, Please use wp-reset plug-in to reset then install again whole theme.
Please dont install extra plug-in or anything.

Theme is not being properly installed due to server has some short-resources and I already mentioned that we must have these values.
memory_limit = 256M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000
