when you do to customizer then you should disable preloader due to that you see the black screen.
For editing your content you dont need customizer you should use edit page with elementor.
I have disable the preloader for now. you can enable it from customizer
general -> site options at the bottom second last option preloader effect enable or disable it.

Please clear your cache and remove un-necassry plug-ins and then check it.
Also tell me which version of theme and wp bakery you are using?
