I think pages are coming from your cache, Please double check on your end on diffrent PC / Browser.

Please make sure we you have set these params:
memory_limit = 256M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000

Also Please check these php variables and try to make them have these values:
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000
