There has to be a glitch because no matter how I change the number the third bio on the top is always the same amount of text. Just want to let you know….
I had to manually add the … and cut the text and give a min-height so that they aligned, not quite the ideal…if you ever find out where the problem is I will appreciate if you could let me know
Its been 4 days since my last posting. I would really appreciate your help; I have about 3 support topics awaiting response. We like your theme and are trying to learn it and hopefully master it. Our intent is to purchase various licenses to build some of our clients sites with it, but the lack of prompt support is frustrating.
I was doing some cross-browsing and noticed that the fixes we had applied are not longer working. They are still in my css custom box but the the containing box is again too tall, so there is too much blank space on the top of the images. Not sure if you saw my new message. I have been struggling to make my slider work. I have been able to accomplish the parallax effect. However the effect we want is the parallax scroll, the one where the background image stays still and the rest of the page kind of moves up. Can you help?
As far as the text layers…they still look kind of small in mobile, is there a way to fix that? At least for the call to action button to look bigger.

Not sure why it looks aligned to you. I am checking in chrome 43 and safari 8 on mac and they do not look aligned. For all the team members the descriptions are actually very long; meaning I am not having descriptions shorter than others. The cropping of the text is being done automatically by the system. As for the three dots (…) I played around with the text trying to make the next word larger, but it just cuts of the text.
For instance I change the word brand to branding, rewrote a part and finally added a comma…..and it just seems the system is cropping the text automatically. Right now, it is displaying like <span style=”color: #555555; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 26px;”>design (emails, banners.etc.), bran. As you can see it is cutting the d in brand</span>

In addition I was viewing the site on my iphone and noticed that the slider is not looking as it should, it is almost impossible to read. It does not act like the sliders that you have on your demos that kind of crop and center the text. Can you help?
Any help is appreciate it. I cannot find much documentation for the revolution slider if you could also point me to it, it would be great as I am planning to create more sliders. Thank you!
Thank you I see what you mean; however I still cannot accomplish the effect the way I want. When I select one of the levels, my text starts moving around in a weird way. Basically the effect I want to accomplish is the effect on this page https://www.impactbnd.com/ or even the effect that you have on the home page slider of your Digital Agency.
