Thanks for coming back to me, it doesn’t let me open a new Thread hence doing it here.
My support has expired but I don’t want to pay any extra right now as I can’t afford too, I just need to get the theme updated and then in a few months pay for the support when I can afford it.
It was working fine before, so dont know why it has deactivated itself on its own and won’t let me reactivate.Many thanks,

I have upgraded the theme again and WPBakery Page Builder is appearing as not updated running 6.4.1 and need to activate to update.
Same applies for Slider Revolution and LayerSlider WP, which of these are included in the theme?This is what it says for WPBakery:
A new version of WPBakery Page Builder is available. View the details of version 6.10.0. Automatic updating is not available for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.Thanks,
in reply to: Codeless Slider disappearedAh, ok that makes sense! I use this with my own site so that can work I will just create the slides before I update the theme.
Can I also ask, with the WPBakery Page builder, is this also packaged in the theme? It is just showing that I need to buy a licence so just wanted to check as I can’t remember or seem to be able to find the info anywhere.

in reply to: Codeless Slider disappearedI am sorry, not sure what you mean. Use an alternative theme or slider? I am not spending more money on another theme when this is the one that works, the site was built on this one and the slider was originally included.
All I want to know is has the Codeless slider been removed, is there an issue with what I am doing, etc
That is all I am asking so that I can then look at other options, etc as I don’t want to look at other options if the slider should be there.Thanks,

The site doesn’t crash with the new version, it works fine, it has just removed the Codeless Slider. So the question is, have you removed the Codeless Slider in the newer version or should it still be there? If it should still be there, what do you suggest?I just need to know as can’t leave the site on the older version, as that is not ideal at all.

So I have rebooted, I have not done any updates (plugins or wordpress), it is running Specular 3.4.2 but doesn’t tell me to update. I checked on the theme website for update and then downloaded from there yesterday.
Wordpress is 5.8.6 asking to update to 6.1.1 which when I did this yesterday it didn’t cause any issues.
Codeless slider is working and in the left hand menu
Let me know what you would like me to do?

Thank you for coming back to me.
I updated the PHP to 7.4 as the site hadn’t been touched for a while (codeless slider still there)
I backed up before (this morning)
I downloaded the latest version 4.0 and am pretty sure that I was running V3.2 before
Installed via WordPress, at some point I had removed some of the plugins after and this messed up the site.
So I then rebooted from the back up via the hosting, site was as it was this morning with codeless slider.
Did the same update (without removing or touching the plugins, just updating what it asked me to update) and codeless slider had disappeared again.I can reboot again and start again if needed.
Let me know if you need any further information.

I don’t know if they are working or not. I can see that I can choose a “Dark” or “Light” option per page but I don’t know where to go to set the colours for these.
For the “Dark” option it is showing the colours that I have set in the generic theme colours, so this is fine. I just want to be able to change the colours on the “light” option, that is all.
I can’t find an area where these customisations are done, so that is what I am looking for.Thanks,
