Exactly because of this “If our item has a bugs or issues why other 1905 peoples doesnt faced same issues like you experinced? I think they also should be posted on our forum or folie reviews?” i posted rating with explanation. Because rating is most important when you buy a theme. Ofcourse i do understand that you prefer low skills clients that “answers” like the above or in the other tickets sounds “logical” to their non experienced ears… Think only if Envato give in the future buyers in rating to upload images. And me to upload our previous conversation with tickets respond time from 1-2 weeks, to months, to nothing… Then i guess the excuse of “weird crazy demanding clients” will fall.The situtation here is very clear. You advertise codeless builder a similar product to Elementor and WpBakery Builder. You have an amount of elements-features in Code Builder like slider and Code addon. You advertise a portfolio theme where you can edit Portfolio items with Codeless Builder but… Code builder in combination with other items dont work. And you cant use a popular embed code like soundcloud with the Code Addon.
If you trully want to do something about it, you can tell the team behind Codeless Builder to fix the bugs and release an update or in your theme description state that Code Addon is not compatible with SoundCloud, and Codeless SLider cant be combined with other Codeless Builder Elements.
Ofcourse you are not going to do any of these…
Anyway, sorry if all this cause you trouble to you as an employee because i understand and respect that most of the time it is the company “policy” the problem and the people who work there. But buying this theme and started working on it was a waste of time and money…

The error is obvious. Codeless builder element Slider works well alone, but when you add it with other it conflicts. It is a typical conflict. Probably i could have fixed that myself but when i buy a theme i do it for developing websites faster…Because of lack of time i used revolution slider which is not the proper solution and for soundcloud(other ticket support that you ignored) i uploaded videos to youtube.
In other times i would have asked for refund because i respect the hard work of developers and i know bad rating for a “weird” client can be a problem. But in your case the support you offer(or better you dont offer) it is something else.
I can accept bugs in coding but i dont accept developers who sell softwares/scripts/apps with errors and dont want to support them. Maybe with my rating and comments i can save other people like for trouble.Also an apologize and a decent excuse like(covid issues) would be a better start … rather than your sudden interest in this ticket.

I really dont know what you tested and if you checked the previous chat with Azam…I have a problem with Codeless Slider. If i use it in Portfolio item only by itself it works fine. But when i use it with other elements in the same portfolio item it doesnt work.

I made the mistake to risk and a buy a theme with a “less-popular” page builder than WP Bakery and Elementor… so far i have noticed 2 bugs that as a web developer(with almost 20 years experience) i believe there are very important and for both i use alternative solutions. Thats OK for me as a developer but when i give a project to client it is ridicoulous to tell client to use SLIDER REVOLUTION instead of the obvious codeless builder element or that he can’t add soundcloud embed code(other ticket).Please try to give me a proper solution here…

Have you made any changes? Without changing anything to the site, suddenly it looks like a mess. The portfolio filter plugin has lost the its style.Still no reply???
I believe that custom code element should work with embeded codes like soundcloud.
Anyway… i found an alternative solution for this.

I really dont understand your answer… Portfolio is a codeless builder item that can use codeless builder elements. We have a CODE elements and a CONTENT BLOCK element. Both elements dont work when i try to add soundcloud embed code. It is not some strange custom code of my own. It is from Soundcloud to present Radio Spots and other audio clips.
Also as you can see in the CONTENT BLOCK link i sent you the code works just fine.
Please give me a solution for this.
