Honestly, I would like a refund. I have been patiently waiting for days and my site cannot be down any longer, we have lost a major audience and time. A few hours doesn’t mean the whole day and I would’ve appreciated more clarity. The only thing that has been done to the site is a reset which lost all my data. So please, if I can speak to someone in charge because I would like a full refund for this theme which I will never be able to use.
