I understand, however, I *did* remind you, you gave me your word, and then did not follow through. We will not be using your products again.

For posterity, 2.5 months later this issue was never addressed. We have since exchanged the theme entirely for one by a different developer. This was a poor customer experience.

I have a special plugin installed that makes updating the theme’s code easier. Just reupload the theme and it should automatically overwrite it

Yes, all plugins that can be updated have been updated.
