Thanks for the update. Very disappointing it’s taken us over a month to get to the stage for it to be realised that the template being used is one of your Elementor ones where in fact this doesn’t work with that template despite the options being there and it being known I’m using Elementor given you previously asked me to update Elementor plugins etc earlier in this thread.
I’m also very intrigued as to how “it is working on almost every where except at your website” as pointed out to me in a recent comment.
No code has been played with. The site is backed up nightly. I’ve just applied the update released today and the issue still persists. I’ve given you WP Admin login creds, please can we identify and resolve the issue as I have everything set as requested, updated, caching etc disabled and this is still an issue
What does proper settings for header part mean? What settings are the proper ones and which values should they be and i can check and screenshot for you. Thanks
