You clearly didn’t even inspect the screenshot I sent.
We are a software development company and we are well aware of how a well suited, correctly working WordPress theme should have fully integrated and available the demos.

Yours just doesn’t.

We need to process a refund please. Enough time has been lost trying to get a decent solution here.

We did check that page and it’s at the same state as it was 6 days ago not even close the the homepage version from the demo that we kept requesting.

So at this point, you gave me a reply that does not offer any results but evidences that there has been no progress at all in one week

We haven’t heard from anyone here in 3 days and our homepage-3 is still missing.

Are we getting real prompt assistance or are we getting a refund?
