Update: I managed to get some things back. Now it looks like the things not working are the Recent Portfolio and Service Icon shortcodes
I have updated the theme. Nothing changed :(

I have customized the theme by modifying the theme’s php files and that is why I haven’t upgraded the theme.
Can be closed, “magically fixed”
