Downloadable product is part of the woocommerce it was not part of the theme.
The customization was replaced by your theme. I believe your theme should work with downloadable products but it is not. The email sent to the client has a wrong link, can you change that to show the link with the permissions, it is generated once the product is added to order? I think that this is the whole problem.
The previous theme was all removed and replaced with yours. I don’t have a copy, unfortunately. Your theme should work with downloadable products it is part of woocommerce solution.
Azam customization was done before then everything was deleted and your theme was installed so I believe that there is a problem with the theme. I am not asking for any customization now I am just asking why the downloadable product is not working in your theme. It should.
