Hi, yes, I read the forum looking for answers to my questions before writing that I would like a refund. I asked because I was not only unable to find the answers to my questions, but also was disappointed that the item that is supposedly “supported” only gives access to a “knowledge base” and forum for support (i.e., no way to submit an actual ticket, etc.). In addition, I saw quite a few people stating frustrations similar to mine, also asking for a refund.
This is the only theme I’ve ever used – and I’ve purchased and used MANY – where there were so many bugs and issues right out of the box. I know that I will not use this theme because it does not work as it should, and even if someone does help me fix the initial error messages I am not confident that I will be able to access support when/if I need it.
I would like to politely request a refund, please. Can you tell me how to do that?
