Hello, we have bumped into a new problem. When we try to edit our header/footer by going to Appearance -> header/footer/block, elementor get’s stuck on a loading page.
This wasn’t the case before so we tried restoring from a back-up, but this backup can’t be finished entirely and gives an error.
Either the elementor header/footer problem has to be fixed or we need to go back properly to the backup from Jun 21, 2023 7:10.

We noticed Elementor updated itself yesterday. Therefore we turned the elementor version back to 3.5.6, whitch is a temporary solution to be able to use the editor. However, previously, this method made our menu disappear (while it is there for now). Is this problem fixed? We thought this was the version you put it at, if this is not the case we are sorry for the inconvenience

We were also wondering how we can prevent this from happening again, sould we refrain from updating some plugins, or was the source of the problem elsewhere?
And as our contract with codeless suport is finite, we are very eager to learn what tools you used to fix the problem, so we might be able to solve it ourselves in the future.
Okay, we will talk with the other website owners for the FTP User and Password. I am sorry, but we have trouble understanding what our protocol and Port Number are. Do you know where we could find this information?
