I countine to have this problem, as well not being able to edit the header and footer, even on Elementor version 3.6.1.
Please advise what can be done in this situation.

1- yes it is upadte. The problem was before and after the update.
2. it only works in safe mode, where I can not edit footer or header. Only pages.
3. I was only deactivating plugin’s to see if there is any problem with specific one, nevertheles its not working corretly (even just with Elementor plugin activated)
