OK Azam, now it is enough, you made loose too much time already, I do confirm my wish to be refunded, the product doesn’t correspond to the one I bought.

for the login, you clearly modified the login credentials, as mine doesn’t work and I cannot do anything in the website, this is also a very basic understanding of WordPress processes.

I AM NOT ABLE TO LOGIN AT ALL.

To conclude:
1) The product I received is not the one I bought.
2) The support is not able to play a basic 2 years kid’s game of comparing to images or pages and to look for the differences, moreover, it is in the professional engineering world called verifications and validations, performed throughout a test campain.
3) You said that your abound to not touch any thing other than the one requested by the user, EXCELLENT, the problem is that it is not what you have done, as you obviously changed the login…

THIS IS CLEARLY NOT ACCEPTABLE, so please by sensed and reasonable, cancel my purchase code, all my rights to use the theme and refund me, otherwise I will unfortunately need to take actions against you, which will obviously not be on my charged.

I checked and I have this configuration :
all the characteristics are met, as you can see on the plugin “PHP Info” that I have just installed.

The import of the default demo datas are sucked at 65% for un unknown reason.
