We have too many issues that we have encountered working with your theme.
The issues are related with working in woocommerce:
1. When creating a product in woocommerce the Add Media, Add Product Gallery Images, Screen Options, Text tab of the editor and Link option are not working at all
2. When one of these options are clicked the whole page becomes unresponsive
All of our other websites are working perfectly with other themes on our hosting package which is Windows IIS 7. The hosting engineers found issues with the php files within your theme.
We are on a very tight deadline and we have nothing completed yet.
Please fix these issues by 12 p.m. today or we have no other choice than to request a refund.
