I am also confused because within the file:

themeforest-9412083-specular-responsive-multipurpose-business-theme-wordpress-theme.zip

are 5 folders; documentation, licensing, sliders_dummy_data, specular and specular_child – all regular files not zip.

But in this codeless youtube video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHBeNR43BSo

it shows a file with the same name containing these 4 folders; specular, licensing, documentation AND a zip specular folder – and this seems to be the zip that is to be uploaded through admin panel.  Not sure why I don’t find the same items when I downloaded a file with same name.  thanks
