Codeless Slider not working on iPad/Tablet

  I’ve gotten my website completely built and ready to launch but just realized that the Codeless slider doesn’t work on iPad/tablets. Is there a way to get this fixed? Please advise.

  Thank you. The URL is http://www.rockaprint.com and the only page that has the issue is the homepage with codeless slider. It works great on desktop but on tablet (my iPad) it doesn’t allow the rest of the page to scroll as the slider stays over top of all the sections.

  Is anyone planning on responding to this thread??? I’ve discovered that the issue is specific to Safari on iPad. I’d appreciate a response seeing as that I paid for this theme and support along with it… THANKS

  Have you set up a height for the slider in page’s General Settings > Sliders Options > Slider height? Please make sure you have. If the issue persists, send us your wp credentials in a private reply.

  It’s there, the issue is not with it showing up. The issue is that on iPad (safari) the slider sticks over top of the rest of the page content when scrolling down. It hides the rest of the page and stays over top of the screen.

  I see you’re testing the site via ipadpeek.com and that it looks to be working fine through that source. However, using it on the actual iPad shows the issue. I’ve made two videos for you to see at the following dropbox link –

  I opened your site several times and did multiple testes, but i never got the slider to stand on top of the content and thus hiding it.
  Your site works like charm from our side. Can you make a video of it? Maybe that will help understand your point of view.

  We are also experiencing the same problem on our website. The site looks great on all devices except on a tablet, where we are not able to scroll down the page because of the codeless slider. We have to launch this site this week so need to figure out a way to fix this before it can go live.
