I have run into a conflict using the codeless slider with the homepage. If I use it, the page goes blank and I cannot recover by turning the header off. I ended up recreating a new page and not using a slider at all. The client does want a slider on the homepage though and I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
Also, there have been a couple of weird things that have started happening the more I edit the homepage. I have a testimonials carousel further down the page and the title inherits the forward and back arrows of the carousel. I have been able to recreate and it is fine but when I move that section where it needs to go, the arrows come back. I am not sire how to fix that either.
Any help would be appreciated. And if there is any documentation on either of these, happy to read, just didn’t see anything about these issues.
Thanks!
Nicole

Hello,
We and other customers, never had these issues. That is why the documentation or Knowledge base does not cover them. There must be some wrong configuration in your site.
Please send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.Best regards!

Hello,
1-I was able to add the Codeless slider in this test page. It does not make page go blank.
2-This is not really a conflict. It’s just that you have set one after another two elements where the second one (carousel portfolio) uses the settings of the upper row to display it’s arrows. So the second pair of arrows you see are of the portfolio below. To avoid this, just put another element between these two. Example page.
We suggest to update theme to it’s latest version. It has many features improved.
Let us know if you need more help.Best regards!

Thanks SO much. I updated the theme.
I had one other question – the navigation seems to disappear when I scroll back up to the top. I thought this would be resolved with the update – I am not sure what I am formatting wrong. The test page that you built shows this example. Let me know if there is something I need to change to fix this.
Thank you!!

Hello,
I couldn’t access your site. This is what i get, screenshot. However, for your question: You need to check out the header style selected in all Codeless slides. Go to Codeless Slide Options > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color. It should be the same as the one you have chosen in your page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style.
-The header selected in page: screenshot.
-The header selected in Codeless slide: screenshot.Let us know if you need further help.
Best regards!
