I want to use the <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>text bar</span> element/feature here – https://codeless.co/specular/default/?page_id=1569 but cant seem to find it. Where is it located? How do I use it?
The feature I am referring to allows the background behind the text to change. Live demo example, here ( https://codeless.co/specular/default/); it alternates between a white and grey background as you scroll down

Hello,
The background color can be selected at row settings, it can’t change on window scroll.
This is the header settings to make the header title with a little line https://www.clipular.com/c/5513151653085184.png?k=TYeycppSQRNcUQZ-ONiIrqCBvXQ

Best regards!

Thanks. I got it to work by editing at “row settings.” :) I initially thought it was a theme option.
Last quick question, where is the “smooth scroll” feature located like the one on that page > https://codeless.co/specular/default/?page_id=122?

Hello,
You mean the parallax effect on page header?
You can enable it at Page Header by selecting ‘centered’ style page header like in the above screenshot.Best regards!

My page has the header “centered” as you mentioned above.
What I am referring to: how the scroll bar (hence the page) moves
When you scroll down/up the page with the mouse wheel, it moves smoothly — example on the page above. When I try it on my site, it moves blocky like a regular page (it also moves blocky on this page). I think the feature I am looking for is called “smooth scroll.” It was mentioned here in a comment by norfauji & webtalist. Where do I go to enable this?

Found it. Specular > General Options > Smooth Scroll.
Thanks so much for all your help.
