Business header

  Dear Codeless,
  
  I really want to make the header from example 3:
  
  But I don”t know how to do this. Can someone help me out?
  
  As in example 4 the header has a small menu button in the right upper corner. I want this be removed, how do I do this?

  You can install the demo data of business 2 demo and you will have that exact look.
  Here are the settings of business 2 demo:
  – https://www.clipular.com/c/4675298576564224.png?k=XF9vARpjFeW_HAI0FqFSqUCLeCU
  – select boxed layout
  – the menu icon on the right top can be removed at Layout -> Turn off side nagigation.
