We officially launched our site with the Tower theme last week and everything looked great but after a couple days the mobile version stopped working. If you look at the mobile view on the visual composer it looks fine, however when you pull it up on an actual mobile device all we get is a white screen. What can we do to get the mobile site back up? The URL is insuranceincorporated.com.
The “WP Google Maps” plugin was causing the issue. I deactivated it and now the site shows with no problem in mobile. You may try to use it but beware to not use more than one google form for page. Else it will cause errors in your site and like that of the mobile.
Thank you for taking a look at it, however we are still having the same issue. When we pull the site up on our phones all it shows is a blank screen and the load time on all devices is extremely slow. Do you have any other recommendations?
