      Hi,

      My website looks great on Chrome and Safari, but when I view on Firefox or Internet Explorer many column structures are overlapping or shifting left/right aligned. How do I fix this? Multiple pages on my website are affected:

      Thank you,

      Ivy

      Hello,

      please try to add this code into your custom css box:

      @-moz-document url-prefix() {
      .wpb_single_image .vc_single_image-wrapper { margin-left: -53px;}
      .wpb_single_image img { max-width: 67% !important; float: left !important;}
      }
      @media all and (-ms-high-contrast: none), (-ms-high-contrast: active) {
      #content { width: 85% !important;}
      }

      Let us know.

      Best regards!

      This code looks like it semi-worked, but I am still experiencing overlapping elements in FireFox and Explorer—mostly on the About Us page: https://garrigans.hostcentric.com/new-site/about-us/

      Also, the alignment on the middle (blue) Post-It note now looks off on the homepage: https://garrigans.hostcentric.com/new-site/

      Have you been able to correct this problem yet? We have been pushing back the launch date our this site for 2 weeks, but it needs to go live soon. Let me know where we stand and if I need to provide any additional information so that the issue can be resolved.

      Thank you,
      Ivy

      Hello,

      Sorry for the late reply.
      What screen resolution is the one in the attached images? What IE version are you accessing it? I am currently checking the column overlap. I’ll let you know asap.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      I edited the css cod eto this:

      @-moz-document url-prefix() {
      .wpb_single_image .vc_single_image-wrapper {
          max-width: 80% !important;
          margin-left: 7px;
          display: block !important;
      }
      .page-id-133 .wpb_single_image img {
          max-width: 60% !important;
          float: left !important;
      }
      .home .wpb_single_image .vc_figure { display: block !important;}
      }

      I have checked your site in Firefox and the images look ok now. Please check and let us know.

      Best regards!

      Hi,

      It does appear that almost everything is displaying correctly in Firefox now. Only thing I still see is one photo about halfway down the About Us page is smaller in FireFox than in Chrome. Can this be adjusted? Here are two screen shots for reference:

      View in Chrome
      View in FireFox

      Unfortunately, nothing has changed in Internet Explorer. The client is using Internet Explorer Version 11. Can these issues be addresses ASAP? The client would like to present this website at a meeting next week and IE is their primary web browser.

      Thank you,
      Ivy

      Hi,

      I greatly appreciate all your help on this issue—thank you. I know you are probably still working on the display problems, but I’d love if you could provide a quick update on your progress so that I may report back to my client.

      Thanks again,
      Ivy
