You can do it with some css. The responsible classes are these:

nav .menu > li { background-color: #f7be68;}
nav .menu li > ul, .codeless_custom_menu_mega_menu, .menu-small, .header_tools .cart .content {
    background-color: #232323;
}
nav .menu li > ul.sub-menu li:hover {
    background: rgba(255,255,255,0.05);
}
