  I have two issues with the menu.
  
  1) The button does not appear anywhere on a phone. Is there a way for the button to be responsive and be included in the mobile menu?
  
  2) Is there a way to make it so the Mega Menu Columns do not need a title? In other words, I want to have a drop down with three columns and nothing to categorize them.

  I had a similar problem … here is the fix for your second question
  
  nav .codeless_custom_menu_mega_menu ul>li h6, .menu-small ul.menu .codeless_custom_menu_mega_menu h6, .menu-small ul.menu > li > a {display: none;}

  The button isn’t responsive, but we will take this suggestion into consideration for our next theme update.
  Can you show us your site url? I can give you specific instructions to add the button on responsive menu.
