I am using visual composer and created a row with 1/2 column background image and 1/2 column text. I set the background image to center vertically and horizontally (in the General settings for the column), however when I scale the browser window, it does not center. Then when the browser window is scaled to tablet size, the image only shows the top portion of the image. Shouldn’t it still show the image centered vertically?
