  How do I add some extra space to the page header text? Becuase of the “Modern Style” menu, it doesn’t look centered.

  please add this code into your custom css box:
  
  .header_page.with_subtitle .titles { top: 60% !important; }
  
  Edit the value until you are satisfied with the result.
