Revslider SEO Demo Data Won't Import - Codeless Support Center

  I am trying to upload the demo revslider seen here: https://codeless.co/tower/business/seo-marketing-theme/
  
  When importing the seo.zip file from the slider folder for the theme I am getting the following error:

  <b>Error: Could not create directory.</b>

  Go Back
  
  Can upload the demo data for the slider via FTP? If so, what is the correct directory?

  Hello,
  
  Sorry but the slider demo data can not be imported via ftp. You need to import it at the slider options(Revolution slider > Import slider).

  Ok, Thanks. This is what I did when receiving the error. Do you know how to resolve?

  Hello,
  
  Please make sure you have all necessary permissions to make changes to your wordpress installation files. As the error states, you can not create directory.
  Contact your host regarding this issue.
