      Hi there,

      Is it possible to show header and footer on a fullscreen blog post like this:

      Field renaming Portfolio

      I inserted the getfooter-Function basically everywhere in the template – but nothing seems to work.
      The header is visible at first but does not “scroll down” with the page (we want it basically to behave like on a static page).

      Best regards

      T

      Hello,

      Sorry for the late reply.
      To activate sticky header (header visible when when is scrolled down) please go to General Options > Header Options > Sticky nav, set it ON.
      Sorry but is not possible for the full-screen blog post style to show footer at the header.

      Best regards!

      Hello. Thanks for your reply.

      I do not totally understand this:

      Sorry but is not possible for the full-screen blog post style to show footer at the header.

      So it is not possible to show the footer at all? Or at the header? (whatever this means…)
      I find it hard to believe that there is absolutely no way to show the footer in this case.

      Regards

      T

      I just checked General Options > Header Options > Sticky nav. It is activated. However – the nav is not sticky.
      Is there any other way to do this?
      Thanks in advance

      Hello,

      The style you have chosen has the header and the slider displayed in the beginning then after sliding down, the content and the footer is shown. What i mean is the you can not show footer right after the slider (before the scrolling).
      I checked and the sticky header is not present for the fullscreen post type. To add it, please add this code into your custom css box:

      .single-post #header { position: fixed !important;}
      .single-post #header #navigation {   visibility: visible !important;}

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      The two pages you are comparing have different layout styles. The second one is a Fullscreen Innovative post layout. Which has this specific style. The header on top of slider and then right after slider slides down it turns in a normal page and displays the content and footer too.
      If you want the style of the first page then it is only necessary to deactivate this at the posts Blog Options > Active Fullscreen Innovative Single Post, set it off (screenshot).

      Sorry but editing it is a customization not included in support service.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      Please go to file css/fullscreen_post.css and find these lines:

      .header_wrapper {
          position: absolute !important;
          z-index: 99999999;
      }

      Remove the !important from it and save. Then add this code into your custom css box:

      .single .header_wrapper {
          position: fixed !important;
      }

      Result. Let us know.

      Best regards!
