Hi.
I had this trouble about the importing dummy data staying stucked at 65%, I contacted my hosting so they got up the memory and the time, now I can import ‘agency 2’ demo but it seems very suspicious, because it is really fast (like 2 seconds) and the result has nothing to do with the demo. If I try with another demo, for exemple portfolio, it get stucked again at 65%. (I put on ‘<span style=”font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18.2px; background-color: #fcfcfc;”>Check to import attachments’).</span>
Is there any way of reset all the options as the beginning? I have the impression that there is a lot of information duplicated…a mess.
How can I import correctly the information of the demo so I can see the page as it should be?

Hello,
With each import you do, page and posts are created and uploaded into your database. To get rid of the duplicates you have to delete them manually. To reset options go to your General Options. In top-right corner you have these three buttons: “Save Changes”, “Reset Section”, “Reset All” (screenshot), click the reset all option.
Some demos have a few pages and they can be loaded very quickly. you have to make some configurations in order for it to have the identical view of the online demo.
While if you check the “Import with attachments”, the size of data to import increases notably. Increase further the memory limit until you won’t have issues like that.*Please read this article on how to avoid html tags in topics.
