hi, when i add an essential grid element via the visual composer and select greyscale – the image is not shown (rather than being grey) until the cursor hovers over the image. I’d like the images to be visible and have a grey overlay rather than being covered completely. I’ve checked the settings in the theme and can’t find an option – Is it something to do with customized styles? I hope you can help. Thanks
Perhaps you have set up a very thick overlay and that is covering the image. Can you please send a link where do you have this? So we can understand better.
Sorry but can you please explain better? Are you referring to this section? This is a portfolio element and based on the style you selected, this is exactly how it should look. The gray overlay is not that thick for the images not to be visible at all.

yes that is the section I mean and that is the look that I want. however on maryamnamazie.com (not maryam.raywalker.ie) what is show is this. All the images are present but are only visable when you move the mouse over the image. Otherwise the overlay appears to be the same colour as the background making the picture hidden. However the theme settings on the raywalker site and the maryamnamazie site for the essential portfolio item are the same so I don’t know what is going on
This is strange. I don’t get that look when i see your site in my computer. In both versions i do see all portfolio items displaying. Most probably this is due to browser incompatibility. What browser are you using? Can you try to open site with chrome? Does the issue still happen?
