Hi.
I recently discovered that Visual Composer has stopped working on my site. So, I attempted to update my theme via FTP. I was careful to follow the steps in your guide located on this site. However, once the theme was updated, the layout and styling of my site was completely ruined. Everything was out of alignment, colors were changed, and some elements had completely disappeared. So, I reverted to the previous version of the theme.
Since I couldn’t update your theme without destroying my site, I decided to try to update Visual Composer, following the advice I’ve seen all over these forums. I deactivated and deleted the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin and started looking for the message that is supposed to prompt me to install VC again. The message cannot be found anywhere on my dashboard.
My site gets quite a bit of traffic, so it is urgent that I get this fixed ASAP. As it is right now, the site’s layout is completely broken and uneditable.
What can I do to fix this?
