i’m trying to translate your theme from english to italian. I have copied and renamed en.po inside wp-content/themes/tower/lang to it_IT.po and i have translated with poedit.
After that i have saved new it_IT.po and i have uploaded it_IT.mo.
What’s the problem?
Frontend is correctly translated to italian, but in backend configuration page of your theme still remains in english. Why? Can you help me, please?
Please make sure you have selected italian language in Settings > General > Site Language (screenshot).

I discover that inside /wp-content/themes/tower/admin/languages exists another language file for backend. So i have copied .pot file inside this folder to it_IT.po and i have saved after translation to it_IT.mo. After that, only some string was translated to italian in backend, as you can see here:
The option panel is build with redux framework. To translate it you just need to convert wordpress from current to your language. It will automatically translate all options.
