Maybe I am blind but I can not find the tower.zip file. After downloading ALL FILE & DOCUMENTATION from themeforest and unziping the file this is all I see, IMAGES

The tower folder you need to import is there. You only need to zip it and upload from wordpress. Or leave the folder as it is and upload it from ftp. Your choice.
