Hi Gentlemen,

my client just purchased this theme. I’ve used it many times before with other clients, but this time.. the visual composer won’t load. Or, when it does, it won’t display the page:

Yet, if I deactivate the Visual Composer plugin, the content appears:

It also says there’s an update for the visual composer, but when I hit update, it says “Update package nonexistent.”

Can you help me? I’ve even tried multiple browsers.
