Copyright Text Bar

  Hi,
  
  I would like to use the copyright text bar as a sort of footer that is global throughout my website.
  However, when i create hyperlinks in it to fixed urls, instead of linking to the url i specified, it goes to a page within a page according to the url specified.
  
  For example: Dendrimers should link to http://www.polymerfactory.com/dendrimers.
  
  However, if I was currently on http://www.polymerfactory.com/asdfgh, the link takes me to http://www.polymerfactory.com/asdfgh/www.polymerfactory.com/dendrimers.
  
  which obviously gives an error 404.
  
  How do I solve this issue?

  You need to change the link structure from this: www.polymerfactory.com/dendrimers/
  to this: https://www.polymerfactory.com/dendrimers/.
