“Post Masonry Grid” or “Post Grid” in Visual Builder both show nothing. Data source is st to “Post”, and there are no filters set. I have several posts, and other post display components — “Full Blog”, for example — show them correctly.
If I check JS console, I can see a POST made to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php with action
set to
<code class=”focusRow subFocusRow “>vc_get_vc_grid_data, which, I assume, is the that component trying to load the articles. That call returns “0”.<code class=”focusRow subFocusRow “> -
(sorry for the extra tags in post – copy/paste weirdly worked this way)

Hello,
The access rights for this user you send us, are limited. I can not check the plugins you have installed. Do you have any membership plugin set on? Please disable all third party plugins and try again. This situation does not happen to theme so it must be something interfering with it’s scripts.
Let us know.Best regards!

I’ve disabled all plugins, leaving only Visual Composer active. The situation still persists – when I’m logged in the masonry grid shows as empty.

Hello,
I can’t login with the user provided and the test page you send is not available any more. Did you fix your issue? Let us know if you still need our help.
Best regards!

I’ve enabled the user back again.
Please note: the plugins are now back to enabled, – this is a live company site so we need those plugins and we only disabled them to run that test. Again, even with *all* plugins disabled (the only one left was Visual Builder itself and your skin) that situation persisted – when logged in, nothing shows in the grid

Hello,
You are making this a bit hard to find the issue here. The access rights for the test user are limited. I have no idea of the plugins you are using. I didn’t get a response on this: Do you have any membership plugin set on?
As i previously said, this situation does not happen on our side so it is something external causing it.
Having disabled all plugins for a limited time (ex: 30 minutes) will not necessarily fix the issue even if one of them is really the culprit. Some plugins make changes to theme files when they are installed/activated and some of these changes do not reverse back if you disable the plugin.
Please disable plugins; update theme files with a fresh copy (download from your Envato account); enable plugins one at a time.PS: make sure to save a backup of your theme files in case you have made direct changes to them.
Best regards!

Hello,
Membership plugins, are used to control / restrict content to viewers according to their role. It gives you the ability to control users roles on site.
Like, what part of the content will they be able to view and which will be restricted. An example is a streaming site, which won’t let you watch a movie unless you are a paid member.
You can google for more detailed information.Best regards!
