Installation error "Are you sure you want to do this?"

  When I am attempting to upload the specular.zip file to wordpress, I am getting an error “<span style=”color: #444444; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;”>Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”</span>
  
  When I attempt to install it again, the same issue happens.

  Never mind, had to increase max upload size to 40 in php settings
