I’m using the Tower theme to design my site and I wanted to make some changes to the main navigation menu. Every time I change anything and click “Save and Publish”, I get a spinning wheel for a second or two but nothing happens. When I go to exit the customizer, everything reverts to the way it was previously.
For the sake of clarity, I am trying to build a custom navigation menu.

This may be due to some errors you may have at your site or some plugin that conflicts.
What version of theme do you have?

I was able to change the settings of header (screenshot) and reverse it back without any issue. The changes were applied as they should.
Did you manage to fix your issue? If you are still having this, then i suggest you to disable any add-on installed in your browser. Clear cache and try again.

Thanks for the help thus far. I’ve been able to make some changes using the customizer, but I still can’t seem to be able to adjust my main navigation menu. It won’t save any changes I make to it.
I’ve tried disabling and uninstalling all add-ons in my browser and clearing my cache to no avail.
It must be something on your side as i still had no problem adding/ editing/ removing items and save menu each time. I made an example with “main menu”. You can see it in this screenshot, set as footer menu in widgets.

I’m still unable to create or edit a main menu for my site. I’ve tried Safari, Chrome, and an entirely fresh install of Firefox. Is there anything else that could be effecting that one feature? Everything else is working fine, it’s just the menu that wont save.
