I believe i made a mistake in buying this product yesterday. Below is what i read from your item details before i purchase it.
Professional and incredible support, no other theme offers this incredible support. Cordless will provide the most powerful and realtime support you have ever had. Our support team are available to help 24hrs a day 7 day a week.
I was cajoled into buying this product because of above false promise
After i created a support ticket and waited for 2hrs, i read a message on your support forum page saying staff member are in holiday for 3 weeks, for this reason it might take up to 3 days to get a reply.
I also noticed on themeforest.net on your item comment page, a month ago you also inform one of your customer named poliedricom that staff member are in holiday.
I hope you understand and arrange for my refund.

We are sorry that you jumped to this conclusion without even giving theme a chance.
Indeed (since is summer) we had members taking their legit vacations. But we are making our best to reply asap to all queries.Did you perhaps had any issue with theme functionality? What problems did you face while working with it? Let us know so we can help you solve everything and create a beautiful site like the online demos.
If you still want a refund, then please contact Envato support.
PS: The vacations included only the second and last week of July. Not entire month. And as for today, we have full staff available.

I also was extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received after buying the Tower theme. And I recognize that your employees deserve vacation time, but if your lack of staff is going to affect your ability to carry your promises, then you need to communicate that to potential customers (not just people that already invested in your product) that are counting on your theme for their business and income. I had to go with another solution after panicking about the lack of Tower customer support, and I’ll be contacting Envato for a refund as well.

I see the import was successful as all pages / posts / portfolio items have been imported.
The attachments consist only of images used in the online demo. They are for demonstration only and usually customers upload their own images. However, if you must have the same’s, then they can always be downloaded from the demo directly.After importing demo data, you needed to configure site. I did it for you. I set up:
-main menu and Copyright area menu
-widgets of header and top navigation area
-imported dummy Revolution sliders and set up the slider of home pagePlease check your site.

Hello,
I activated child theme and:
1-I was able to edit the menu you have created and set it up like you wanted, without any issue.
2-By switching theme (parent to child, or any other theme available) the site will get that active theme specific configurations. This means, if you have not assigned any widget to header when the child theme is active, then they won’t show.
All you had to do was, go to Appearance > Widgets and drag-and-drop the inactive widgets to the right place. I already did that for you.3-Like the documentation says, you have to install the free plugin “Contact form 7” in order for the contact form to appear. I already did this too.

I added this code into you child theme custom css box:
@media (max-width: 480px) { .construct_div h1 { font-size: 8px !important;} } @media (min-width: 1024px) { .construct_div h1 { font-size: 23px !important;} }
It will change the font size in mobile and ipad. Please check your site and let us know.

1, At the navigation bar with white background, i have added details for our location, <span class=”title”>Telephone Number and </span><span class=”title”>Email Address at the header widgetized area, however nothing shows on my header.
</span>2, Also the button (purchase) in front of the black rectangular shape on the slider, when activated goes to the top navigation header, it does not stay on the black rectangular shape on the slider as it appears on the construction demo.
3, In addition to the above, i notice my website is very slow, I would appreciate any help to fix this.

1-In the shortcode in the widget responsible for this element, you had set the light version:

I changed it to dark, by settinglight="no"
2-Can you please be more clear? When i click on the “Purchase Now” link in the slider it sends me to the Tower theme profile in Themeforest. It does not move to the header.
Send us a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can understand better.3-To speed up the site, we recommend you to remove all pages/posts you do not use. Install a caching plugin and optimize images. Read more regarding this, in this article.

Thanks for your support.
Regarding Purchase Now Button, have a look at my home page you will see the button at the header, it is not on the black rectangular shape on the slider as it appears on the construction demo homepage.
Secondly, Contact Form when the form is filled and submitted, i notice some thin blue lines around the form, when the form is not filled and you click submit you see thin yellow lines around the form.
Finally, The About Us page on the demo construction page is not imported or included among the pages i have . My about us page is empty. Please note am not referring to about us 2, 3, 4, and 5, i mean About Us itself as it appears on the Demo Construction Page. Also the grey rectangular shape or Breadcrumb that appears after the Nav Menu does not appear on my about us and services page
How can i create a testimonial page that look like this link ( https://codeless.co/tower/default/testimonial-elements/). Where can i find different shortcodes to use as it appears under shortcode on the link above.
Mihaila, please can i use some of the images that came with construction demo theme.

1-That page uses only two Visual Composer elements, the Single Testimonial and Custom Heading (screenshot).
2-Please read theme documentation regarding shortcodes and more. Follow this link to see the shortcode’s section.
3-You can use any image you want. Download them directly from the online site if you can not find them in the theme’s folder.

Hello,
1-When you are using pagination in portfolio page, it works like this: based on the number of columns selected to display, there will be a certain number of items that will show in one page. The rest is left to display in page 2 (etc).
So in page 1, when you select a category, only the items that are currently showed in that page will be selected. Not the ones that are located in page 2, 3 etc.So for category “brickwork and blockwork“, if you have in total 5 items of this category, but there is only one item showed in page 1, then only this one will be displayed if you select “brickwork and blockwork” category.
If you want to display all, then you have to remove the pagination and select another form of portfolio displaying (example: in Portfolio Options > Select the pagination method, select the “Without Pagination” option)
2-This happens because you have images with different sizes. I added this code into your custom css box:
.portfolio-item.overlayed .tpl2 { min-height: 400px !important; }
It’s ok now.
3-Cycle testimonials: i fixed it.

Hello,
If you would just have deleted plugin from the Plugins menu, the folder (which is already incorporated in theme package), would display a message in the dashboard. Requiring for it’s installment (at VC is essential to theme options).
I tried to install it as a normal plugin, by importing the files from an external source (not relating to theme at all), and yes it does say: ” Install package not available”.
What exactly have you done? We need more information to solve the situation.Send us your ftp credentials in a private reply, so we can keep investigating this further.
Please note that:
-Theme is not complicated, it just has many features for our customers to be able to create thousands of different and unique websites. To understand how to manage it and get the best out of it, we always recommend to read the documentation first! You can find it included in theme package or online. (I already included the link in my oldest replies).
-This is a mistake made from your side solely not a theme fault so technically it is not included in support. However we are happy to help you out. We require only for your cooperation and understanding.Best regards!

Thanks for your rapid reply.
I believe you know there is an issue with your theme and am shocked that you are trying to make excuses and pass blame to myself.
I have been using free and premium theme for years, i have always been able to deleted any plugin i don’t want and reinstall if i need to. I have never encounter this kind of issue of not being able to reinstall a plugin i deleted. Your theme is not the only premium theme i have on themeforest, and i I have always deleted any plugin i don’t want and reinstall.
No disrespect, but your response make no sense at all, what do you mean, it’s is a mistake from my side?, What do you mean, what have i done? I have provided you with my wordpress login deatils, you are unable to resolve issues with your own theme and your are blaming me for it.
For your information, i have also use FTP to upload visual composer on my site and it did not even show in the plugin menu. You can see clearly on my site, what is missing is Visual Composer.
If you can’t resolve issue with your own theme, i am begging you guys again for the second time, please arrange for my refund. When i purchase tower theme, the following day i ask for refund because i knew the tower theme you sold to me lack the functionality and features i saw on demo construction website, you also claim Cordless will provide the most powerful and realtime support you have ever had, however this is false, my experience on theme forest i have receive support most of the time in an hour or less and i will be honest sometime more.
Today is the second day, and we are still talking about installing visual composer plugin. This is just completely waste of time.

Theme does not have any issue with Visual Composer. It is used by many other customers and this has never happened. So it must be something on your side.
The wordpress dashboard gives many options but to investigate the cause of the error, we need ftp access.
Have you checked the access rights? Does another folder of Visual Composer already exists in wp-content/plugins location?
Did you made any changes recently? Did you install any new third party plugin? How did you delete the plugin?
We need information to understand what is causing this.
