The Media Grid element (with images from media library) does not show on my page, there’s just a blank space, but it shows with the Visual Composer only. I have asked an expert to help me and he said that probably there’s a bug because there is no way to make the Media Grid visible on any page.
The Sticky header is not working either, although the Sticky Nav option is ON. So when scrolling the page, the header disappears instead of having a fixed position.
How can we fix this so that I can display the Media Grid element and Sticky header properly?
The Media Grid element is a Visual Composer element, so it should be displayed with visual composer. What version of visual composer do you have?

The sticky nav has no problem at displaying as sticky when the Sticky Nav option is on.
Have you set the Sticky Header Height?

I see you have the latest theme version and as you say, the latest Visual Composer too. So this should not be happening. We tested it on our side and the Media Grid element, doe snot give this issue.
What other plugins do you have installed? I see some js errors in your site. Please try to deactivate them all. Then enable one at a time to find the one causing it.

You have an error in your site. Please see screenshot. Although this is a theme file, this is not caused by theme. Please deactivate all third party plugins first and then update theme. Download a fresh copy from your Envato account.
