Background Image Does Not Appear on Mobile

  I have an image background behind 3 animated counters on my homepage. It appears properly on when viewing the website on a computer browser but when viewing the website on mobile the image doesn’t appear in the background. Can someone please help me resolve? Thanks for all your help guys!
