theme upload error

  I am trying to down load your theme, I have tried several methods, even redownloaded the theme direct from my downloads page and this is the error that I am getting.
  
  Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_add_shortcode_param() in /home4/anthony1/public_html/foreclosurepreventionassistance.com/wp-content/themes/specular/functions-specular.php on line 702
  
  I would like to keep your theme but this is the first time I have ever had issues uploading the theme onto my themes. With that said, if you can send me Specular zip file that will upload correctly, please do so ASAP. If this is going to take a while, please send me a complete refund so that I can purchase my 2nd option theme as I need to get started on building my web site ASAP as I would like to work on it this weekend and hopefully go live by Monday.

  Did you have any other plugin already installed in your wordpress installation? Please make sure you do have all the necessary access right on themes folder in your server. Also please check and set as “false” the “WP_DEBUG” in your wp-config.php file.
