I have the Tower theme for WooCommerce. How do you link the shopping cart image on the top right corner to the shopping cart page? I know what my shopping cart URL is but I do not know how to link the two. ANY help will be greatly appreciated!!
Clicking on cart image automatically directs you to the shopping cart page. Do you want to be redirected somewhere else? Send us your site url to give it a closer look.

I had no problems being redirected to the cart page in your site, once i clicked on the cart icon. Did you manage to fix your issue?
To set the cart icon point to the cart page, please make sure you have set it up in Woocommerce options. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Checkout Pages (screenshot). Set the pages here.
