Specular now became a bit of a disappointment – you seem not to have thought of SEO optimization, you are exploiting dozens h1 headings on the same page as an example. Is this something that will be addressed, or should we start looking for a different theme?
We have tried to do the best possible. Anyway you have to know the h1 its important for google h1 tags are very attractive and you will have great indexing if the words used will e unique.
Anyway you can give us some feedback and we can improve the theme again for SEO purposes.
I know that, but the problem here is that there is too many h1-tags on the same page trough the page builder. It’s impossible to change it easily if you don’t want to mod direct in the code.
You should consider using one (1) h1-tag per page and then h2, h3, h4, h5 for other topics. The h1-tag is the most important, when having lots of h1-tags on the same page, you are destroying the content totally.
In the next updates we will try to fix them. But the problem is with the with Visual Composer elements, its up to clients the elements will be used and sometimes this elements need to have h1 tags.
Okey, but is it possible to choose if I want to use a h2 instead of a h1 in Visual Composer? Or do they force me to use h1? I can’t find anything about that.
