Hello, i saw that is possible to create custom sidebars and apply them to category pages or specific pages, but not for single post. As example, if I had a category called “video” and my single video post had a sidebar would be nice to see and navigate other posts of the same category without going back to the list. Hope that can be done somehow because is useful! Thank you!
You can add widgets to a specific post category. Just go to General Options > Custom Sidebars > Categories custom sidebars. Choose the category you want. Then go to Appearance > Widgets and add the widgets you want to display.
