Hello,
That’s strange. When did this started to happen? Please disable all third party plugins and update theme to it’s latest version.
There is no reason the the Codeless slider to be inactive.
Let us know how it will go.Best regards!

Thanks for your response Mihaila
Figured it out. This is due to a conflict with NextGEN Gallery plugin. Deactivated the NextGEN Gallery plugin and the options in Codeless Sliders are back.
Okay, so how do I run NextGen Gallery then?
Please assist.
Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry but we do not offer support on other third party plugins that are not listed in theme’s profile in Themeforest.
I suggest you to use only one of the sliders. Or use other slider instead of Codeless slider. You can use Revolution slider or Layerslider.Best regards!

Thanks for getting back.
The problem is, my client is Film Making and Photography company. Portfolio work best for Film Making section but the Photography section has categories such as
SPORTS
– 2 Wheels
> Album 1
> Album 2– 4 Wheels
> Album 1
> Album 2WILD LIFE
– Africa
> Album 1
> Album 2– Amazon
> Album 1
> Album 2And so on.
Is there any possibility in the Tower theme to handle this?
Also, I can not see ‘Back to Top’ button option. Can you help me with that too please?
I may be needing more support and might extend the support and buy more 6 months.
Regards,

Hello,
Sure you can cover this structure with Tower theme settings. An example is this structure, see screenshot. I can make a live example in your site if you send us your wp credentials.
Read this article for more information.2-To display the “Back to Top” please add this code into your custom css box:
.scrollup { z-index: 999 !important; display: block !important; }
Let us know.
Best regards!

Thanks for getting back. I have added user login info as instructed in the link you have provided. Please put structure for Gallery.
The back to top class has brought the button but the behaviour is not how it should be. It brings the button even the page is at top.
Ideal behaviour should bring the button when page is scrolled down at least the visible area of landing page.
Please look into this too.
Thanks

Hello,
Please follow the logic under this page: https://test.birdeyevisions.com/sports-test-page/
-I understand but that is the default style of the theme. If you want to change it, you can do it yourself. Sorry but this customization is not included in support service.
Read more regarding our policy here: https://support.codeless.co/?page_id=4207Best regards!

Thanks for your reply.
I have seen the example you created. 2 queries on that;
01 – How do I show them in one page like show here https://israrshah.com/albums/
02 – What about permalinks? The example you should does not create structured urls. Not healthy for SEO
I am disappointed on ‘Back to Top’ button limitations. :(
Would using a plaugin for this help? Kindly, suggest.
Thanks

Hello,
1-You can always use the visual composer “Media Grid” and “Image gallery” elements for the albums. Sorry but the page you showed us does not have the same elements. It can’t be recreated exactly the same here. You have to use theme’s available elements.
2-The example displayed uses the default
%postname%
permalink structure. And since these are independent pages, there can not be a structure like this: mysite.com/sport/2weeks/albumsHowever having both, the permalinks and the example page you showed, is not possible.
-To change the positioning of back to top, you have to edit it’s js function. Look for functionscrollUpBinding()
in your js/main.js file.Best regards!
